Week 6, Day 3

Thursday, April 7

1. In bed 8 hours and sleep at least 7 hours. No, in bed 7:17 slept 6:10 My sleep score was 76 and I will take a yes for this one if the sleep score is 80 or above.
2. 8K steps each day. 8 minutes on the bike or 8 minutes of Yoga. 4586 No,
3. No clothing purchases. Yes
4. No wine or alcohol.  Yes
5. Write for 8 minutes a day. Easy Peasy. YES!
6. Blog 80% of the days to track progress. (That is about 5 days a week, really 6, but I am going with tiny goals here. Yes!
7. Declutter 8 things a week. Yes!
8. IF goal: Maximum eating window of 8 hours.YES, 7

Another 75% day. Average is okay, not going to complain. Getting to bed early is just so hard. I need some downtime alone before I can go to bed, and it’s hard when you live with people. But it’s the weekend and catching up with sleep and steps is definitely on the agenda.
