Week 6, Day 6

Sunday, April 10

1. In bed 8 hours and sleep at least 7 hours. No. In bed 6:45 and sleep 6:18. Score 75
2. 8K steps each day. 8 minutes on the bike or 8 minutes of Yoga. Oh, no. 1537 (but fitbit was charging most of the day.)
3. No clothing purchases. Yes And I returned things purchased at the end of March (Last supper shopping)
4. No wine or alcohol.  Yes
5. Write for 8 minutes a day. Easy Peasy. YES!
6. Blog 80% of the days to track progress. (That is about 5 days a week, really 6, but I am going with tiny goals here. Yes!
7. Declutter 8 things a week. Yes!
8. IF goal: Maximum eating window of 8 hours.YES, 8 exactly. So far this month, there has been only one day over 8, that was 10 on April 1.

So, back to 75%, C days. But since I had a crazy busy work day Saturday, and spent most of Sunday writing on a deadline, I will take it.
