  2. Movement: 8K steps, 8 minutes of yoga, OR 8 minutes on the spin bike 6282
  3. No wine or alcohol Nope
  4. No personal shopping* Nope, eyedrops
  5. Write at least 8 minutes per day on a major WIP Done
  6. Blog here 80% of the week to chart progress Done
  7. Maximum eating window of 8 hours  10, another nope.
  8. Save at least 800.00 per month in High Yield Savings. ** Done

It was a family celebration yesterday, longer window, bit of wine, and Boston Creme Pie, along with a yummy prime rib roast. A happy day. But I reset to Week zero since this has been such a fail week in many areas. This way I will end close to my birthday.
