Week 2, Day 5

  1. In bed 8 hours (Sleep at least 7), and/or sleep score >80 –   In bed 5:47 hours, slept 5:11 and 67 sleep score.
  2. Movement: 8K steps, 8 minutes of yoga, OR 8 minutes on the spin bike 5922 so no.
  3. No wine or alcohol had some wine with dinner.
  4. No personal shopping*  Check
  5. Write at least 8 minutes per day on a major WIP Done
  6. Blog here 80% of the week to chart progress Done
  7. Maximum eating window of 8 hours. nope, 13 hours.
  8. Save at least 800.00 per month in High Yield Savings. ** Done

Talk about a sophomore slum. Week2 has really sucked. Another 50 percent. Totally fighting the urger to “restart” on June first. At this rate, I will move the start date until it is at the original 80 weeks, so no. Holding steady and moving on. Today will be better. Hope is like that little plant, persistent, right?
