Foundation Week Day-1

  1. In bed 8 hours (Sleep at least 7), and/or sleep score >80 – In bed 7:20 hours, slept 6:53 and 73sleep score. No
  2. Movement: 8K steps, 8 minutes of yoga, OR 8 minutes on the spin bike 3129, Big no.
  3. No wine or alcohol had some wine with dinner.
  4. No personal shopping* Bought a shirt
  5. Write at least 8 minutes per day on a major WIP Done
  6. Blog here 80% of the week to chart progress Done
  7. Maximum eating window of 8 hours. 7.5 hours. Wow.
  8. Save at least 800.00 per month in High Yield Savings. ** Done

I’m calling this Foundation week, the week leading up to my latest restart on Sunday, May 28. I will work on two main things, sleep and no wine. That will build a base for the other stuff. So my goal for Foundation Week is 80% (at least six days) of reaching sleep and no wine goals.
