  1. In bed 8 hours (Sleep at least 7), and/or sleep score >80 Close – 6:57 in bed, 6:03 asleep, and sleep score of 78
  2. Movement: 8K steps, 8 minutes of yoga, OR 8 minutes on the spin bike 1 hour of hot yoga
  3. No wine or alcohol – Check.
  4. No personal shopping* Sigh, Some pens and a book for the day job and a yoga journal.*
  5. No social media scrolling before 12pm ( so a bit of scrolling before and after yoga, around 2)
  6. Blog here 80% of the week to chart progress Yes.
  7. Maximum eating window of 8 hours.  Another 12
  8. Write at least 8 minutes a day on my priority project. 3 hours, so yes.

*Because if you don’t have a separate journal for it, did you really do it. I need office supplies anonymous, for real. Other than that, a 50% day, but will do better. I changed the social media time to before noon. I really just need to get out of the habit of doing it at the day job. Home, it’s easy to put it down.
