  1. In bed 8 hours (Sleep at least 7), and/or sleep score >80 Did it! 9:06 in bed, 8:14 asleep, and sleep score of 84
  2. Movement: 8K steps, 8 minutes of yoga, OR 8 minutes on the spin bike 1 hour of hot yoga, 7th day in a row!
  3. No wine or alcohol – Check.
  4. No personal shopping* Bought a couple books but promptly returned them.
  5. No social media scrolling before 12pm Pretty much?
  6. Blog here 80% of the week to chart progress Yes.
  7. Maximum eating window of 8 hours.  Another 12
  8. Write at least 8 minutes a day on my priority project. Yes.

So, for the most part, 7 of 8! This was a great day, and I hope for many more of them in the next 79 weeks. It seems the daily hot yoga is key- not feeling snacky afterward and wine does not sound good at all afterward. I am working on a 30(or 60, not sure yet) Bikram-style yoga challenge. It’s the “style” — a local studio’s 26/2 recording that I am doing in the backyard, where the feels-like temperature is 100 easy. We just don’t have the local classes to do it in the studio every day, and the classes they do have are awkwardly scheduled. So it’s a solo act, but I am ok with it. But without a shiny disco ball, am I even doing yoga?
