  1. In bed 8 hours (Sleep at least 7), and/or sleep score >80 In bed 9:30, slept 8:18. Sleep Score 81
  2. Movement: 8K steps, 8 minutes of yoga, OR 8 minutes on the spin bike One hour hot yoga. (day 8)
  3. No wine or alcohol Check!
  4. No personal shopping* Check!
  5. No social media scrolling before 12pm Mostly. I’ll give half a point.
  6. Blog here 80% of the week to chart progress Check
  7. Maximum eating window of 8 hours. 6.5 Check
  8. Write at least 8 minutes a day on my priority project. And Check.

A great day. 7.5 of 8, so 94%. An A day. NIce to know I can have one now and then. Some of these things encourage the others, as Yoga helps me not want a glass of wine, and also kills the dinner appetite. Win. Blogging here for accountability, if only to myself helps as well. And for personal shopping, I did a tally of what I have bought Jan-May in clothing, books, and office supplies. It wasn’t pretty, so that will be the thing I look at before thinking about any other purchases. The truth hurts, but it also sets you free, right?
