Day 7, Week 2

  1. In bed, 8 hours (Sleep at least 7), and/or sleep score >80 In bed 8:34, slept 7:21, score 79 Check
  2. Movement: 8K steps, 8 minutes of yoga, OR 8 minutes on the spin bike walked13,249 steps AND one hour hot yoga (15/30)
  3. No wine or alcohol Check
  4. No personal shopping* ack bought a shirt. Oh well.
  5. No social media scrolling before 12pm Check
  6. Blog here 80% of the week to chart progress Check
  7. Maximum eating window of 8 hours. 5 hours Check
  8. Write at least 8 minutes a day on my priority project.Check

So, week 2 is in the books. and I am happy with more 87% days (7 of 8). The shirt was total impulse, but I will wear the crap out of it. Yoga was a bit of a struggle after walking in the same heat for an hour, but it got done. (I may have skipped the last two seated poses and went straight to corpse pose.)
