- Maximum eating window of 8 hours. 11.5 Can’t be too perfect, right?

Basically, 7 of 8. 88%, I am perfectly okay with a B+ life. I am happy really with anything over an 80% since 8’s are the defining thing about this challance. Looking forward to rocking week 8 next month, right?
