Day 1, Week 7

  1. In bed 8 hours (Sleep at least 7), and/or sleep score >80 In bed 6:59 Slept 5:35, Score 75
  2. Movement: 8K steps, 8 minutes of yoga, OR 8 minutes on the spin bike Nope.
  3. No wine or alcohol Check.
  4. No personal shopping* Check.
  5. No social media scrolling before 12pm check
  6. Blog here 80% of the week to chart progress  check
  7. Maximum eating window of 8 hours. check 6 hours
  8. Write at least 8 minutes a day on my priority project. check

And just like that, 6 of 8. 75%, a passing grade in living, right? And with the eating window at 6, and a sleep score of 75, I have already had my first successful day with the mini-challenge. For the win. (executive decision to say the sleep score of 75 or over. So I can start strong, right?)

Also, this is the first time I have gotten to week 7. The temptation to start the clock over and do it “perfectly” is still quite strong, but I am going to just keep the week count going, and use these little mini-challenges to keep my inner perfectionist busy with something to whine about.
