  1. In bed 8 hours (Sleep at least 7), and/or sleep score >80 In bed 5:25 Slept 4:52 Score 73
  2. Movement: 8K steps, 8 minutes of yoga, OR 8 minutes on the spin bike 7577 steps, so 95% Check.
  3. No wine or alcohol Had some wine with dinner.
  4. No personal shopping* Got a prime deal on blue tooth JPL headphones with a mic.
  5. No social media scrolling before 12pm check
  6. Blog here 80% of the week to chart progress  check
  7. Maximum eating window of 8 hours. 12 hours
  8. Write at least 8 minutes a day on my priority project. check

Not sure how less sleep is a higher score, so I will leave that to the fitbit gods. Lots of walking around the office yesterday, so that was good. Looking forward to relaxing the rest of the week.
