That sure is a lot of 7’s.

  1. In bed 8 hours (Sleep at least 7), and/or sleep score >80 In bed 7:56 Slept 7:05 Score 82 For the win
  2. Movement: 8K steps, 8 minutes of yoga, OR 8 minutes on the spin bike 4738 Nope. (60% of goal)
  3. No wine or alcohol nope
  4. No personal shopping* Fail big. See above.
  5. No social media scrolling before 12pm check
  6. Blog here 80% of the week to chart progress  check
  7. Maximum eating window of 8 hours. 8 Hours. Check!
  8. Write at least 8 minutes a day on my priority project. check

5 of 8, so 63%. Better than I expected, truth be told. Sunday is Day 1, but still trying to decide about what week, either 8 or 1. Because who doesn’t love a good restart? I know my internal perfectionist does. I will just leave that mystery there until tomorrow. I don’t have to decide right now and my future self may have more information that I don’t have right now.
