  1. In bed 8 hours (Sleep at least 7), and/or sleep score >80 In bed 9:03 Slept 8:10 Score 80, for the win.
  2. Movement: 8K steps, 8 minutes of yoga, OR 8 minutes on the spin bike 4253 Nope
  3. No wine or alcohol Check
  4. No personal shopping*  Sigh. Another shirt.
  5. No social media scrolling before 12pm check
  6. Blog here 80% of the week to chart progress  check
  7. Maximum eating window of 8 hours. 10 Hours. *.
  8. Write at least 8 minutes a day on my priority project. check

5 of 8, 67%. I’m not too worried about that, as I have made a diet tweak, at least 80 grams protein and less than 80 grams carbs, and that is really a game changer. Bloat and water weight are gone, and sleep seems to be better. So am okay with the TRE as I only had two meals, no snacks, and met the above goals. The protein really does make snacking seem unattractive.

I’m going to fully embrace what is left of salad season, right?
