  1. In bed 8 hours (Sleep at least 7), and/or sleep score >80 In bed 8:56 Slept 7:55 Score 89, for the win.
  2. Movement: 8K steps, 8 minutes of yoga, OR 8 minutes on the spin bike 5053 Nope
  3. No wine or alcohol Check
  4. No personal shopping*  check
  5. No social media scrolling before 12pm check
  6. Blog here 80% of the week to chart progress  check
  7. Maximum eating window of 8 hours. 6.5 Hours.
  8. Write at least 8 minutes a day on my priority project. check

7 of 8, that is 88%, which is about as good as it gets. 80% is always my goal; otherwise, that sneaky perfectionism gets in the way of life. Key wins today – Look at that sleep score – 89! Also, 6.5 TRE window is good, and not listed above, but 73g protein and 9.5 g. carb also helping things along. If I do a restart on the first (8/1 seems appropriate, I may add the protein/carb goals instead of writing or blogging, as those are things I do anyway. Or add two things so the goal is 8 of ten and easier to get 80%)
