Well, that didn’t last long. Sleep did not come easily last night, and the numbers reflect that. Everything else is as expected. Did a lot of writing and reading yesterday, so steps are minuscule. Also charged the Fitbit, so some steps were not counted. And I used my standing desk for a lot, which doesn’t get recorded as steps, but I wasn’t sitting all day.
