- Maximum eating window of 8 hours. 6.5 Hours.
- Write at least 8 minutes a day on my priority project. check
The end of Week 9. Did some data crunching this morning and my plan now is to have a day 0 on 7/31. Then start with Week 1 on 8/1 (because I like the 8 in the date). Also going to change up some of the habits, and hopefully get them going better.
So here is the list:

- Meet 80% of my targets for macronutrients.
- Maximum eating window of 8 hours.
- Declutter one thing each day; either recycle, donate or, last resort, dispose.
*personal shopping is purchasing things that I am the only user/beneficiary. Like clothes, take out alone, toiletries that are not used up, etc. And office supplies. No more office supplies.
