- Movement: 8K steps, 8 minutes of yoga, OR 8 minutes on the spin bike
- No wine or alcohol
- No personal shopping*
- No social media scrolling before 12 pm
- Meet 80% of my targets for macronutrients.
- Maximum eating window of 8 hours.
- Declutter one thing each day; either recycle, donate or, last resort, dispose.
Here are the new habits that I am working on. Moving the first day of the week to Monday, so it matches all my other stuff, so Sunday was a day zero and I just lived without tracking. Okay that is a lie. Of course I tracked. I am anal that way.
