  1. In bed 8 hours (Sleep at least 7), and/or sleep score >80 In bed 6:37, Slept 6:06 Score 73 (91%)
  2. Movement: 8K steps, 8 minutes of yoga, OR 8 minutes on the spin bike 7647 Steps. 96%
  3. No wine or alcohol Oops. Had a bit with dinner.
  4. No personal shopping*  Check
  5. No social media scrolling before 12 pm Check
  6. Meet 80% of my targets for macronutrients. Low on Protein (We had a meatless Monday dinner.) but carbs and fats were fine.
  7. Maximum eating window of 8 hours. 6.5 check.
  8. Declutter one thing each day; either recycle, donate or, last resort, dispose. Check

And here we go with the new habit list. 6 of 8 for 75% I am good with that. Should be able to get the wine in line and the macros easily today.
