Skipped a day, but oh well.

- Movement: 8K steps, 8 minutes of yoga, OR 8 minutes on the spin bike 4624
- No wine or alcohol oops
- No personal shopping* Check, even returned things
- No social media scrolling before 12 pm Check.
- Meet 80% of my targets for macronutrients. 49.9 P 90 C Exactly opposite of goals.
- Maximum eating window of 8 hours. 2 hours, Check
- Declutter one thing each day; either recycle, donate or, last resort, dispose. Check
6 of 8 today. I didn’t log yesterday (though could probably recreate it) but while I didn’t get my steps in, it did end up as a 5. Typical. So, moving right along.
