The Sonic Big Dill

  2. Movement: 8K steps, 8 minutes of yoga, OR 8 minutes on the spin bike 4891
  3. No wine or alcohol oops
  4. No personal shopping* Check
  5. No social media scrolling before 12 pm Check.
  6. Meet 80% of my targets for macronutrients.  63 P 169 C  Clearly I have Friday issues
  7. Maximum eating window of 8 hours. 11 hours, see above
  8. Declutter one thing each day; either recycle, donate or, last resort, dispose. Check

Need to remember, Friday is not a holiday, it happens every week. That said, a homemade cookie, Sonic Bid Dill burger did me in. It was FOMO – the last day of the Big Dill is Sunday. I have never had one, but suddenly needed to experience this celebration of dill pickles and beef. And yes, totally worth it.
